Jeff Stephens joins Heartland Barge

Jeffery Stephens has joined Columbia, Ill., headquartered Heartland Barge Management as Manager of Equipment Sales and Leasing for the Gulf Coast and International markets.
Stephens is bilingual in Spanish and has 40 plus years of experience in the marine industry. Prior to joining Heartland, he managed both national and international marine operations, offshore construction projects, subcontract management, ISM, and quality.
Over his career, Stephens also worked as a licensed tankerman and towboat pilot on Upper and Lower Mississippi Rivers.
