Mystery buyer orders three mystery ships at Vard

JULY 29, 2016 —Fincantieri subsidiary Vard Holdings Limited has disclosed that it has secured a contract worth a total $70 million for the design and construction of three vessels of undisclosed type and size for an undisclosed owner.

Vard, a specialist designer and shipbuilder of offshore and specialized vessels, says that details of the contract will be disclosed in due course.
