
Havyard sells its 25% stake in subsea vessel

MAY 6, 2014 — Havyard Ship Invest AS has entered into an agreement with Forland Shipping AS to sell its 25% stake in the subsea construction vessel Lewek Inspector to Forland Subsea AS, the shipowning company for the vessel.
After the transaction, Forland Shipping owns 100% of the shares in Forland Subsea AS.
Under long term charter to EMAS, the 110 m Lewek Inspector is a Havyard 857 design Subsea / Inspection, Maintenance and Repair (IMR) DP2 vessel delivered last year by Havyard’s Leirvik, Norway, shipyard.
