Rem Offshore reports termination of CSV charter

APRIL 4, 2016 —Fosnavag, Norway, headquartered Rem Offshore reports that the charter party for the CSV vessel Rem Poseidon between subsidiary Rem Ship AS and Bahrain-basednAdams Offshore has been terminated due to non-fulfilment of charterer’s obligation.
Rem Ship AS has bank guarantees that secure payments through second quarter.
