VideoRay slideJULY 9, 2013—Rainmaker LLC, headquartered in Mobile, AL, with a newly opened office in Houston, TX, recently signed an exclusive representation contract with subsea inspection specialist Meridian Ocean Services, Newport, RI. The agreement covers the maritime industry, harbors, bridge inspection, marine terminals, offshore pipeline and offshore-related industries in the United States and other international territories.  Rainmaker LLC is also collaborating with Enman and Associates to expand Meridian’s presence on the U.S. East and Gulf Coasts.

Meridian’s dynamic portfolio of subsea inspection and imaging equipment uses Remotely Operated Vehicles (ROVs) and Autonomous Underwater Vehicles (AUVs) and an Echoscope. Meridian’s equipment is ideal for the offshore, salvage and repair markets where rapid response inspections can be too dangerous to put a diver in the water, or the water is too murky for a diver to thoroughly inspect the vessels, oil platforms, pipelines, structures or bulkheads.

Meridian’s VideoRay Pro 4 is a versatile MicroROV completely computer-driven utilizing the industries most advanced software platform

Rainmaker, LLC was established in 2008 and represents such prestigious companies as Terragon Environmental Technologies (Globe Award Winner in Canada), Cernaval Shipyard (Spain), Bredo Shipyard (Germany) and most recently the aforementioned Meridian Ocean Services.
