STX OSV books order for PSV 09

STX OSV Holdings Limited says that it has secured a new contract for the design and construction of a Platform Supply Vessel for an undisclosed customer. The vessel will be of STX OSV’s own PSV 09 design, and is scheduled for delivery from STX OSV in Norway in 2012. The hull will be delivered from the STX OSV shipyard in Romania.

STX OSV says that more details on the contract will be disclosed “in the near future.”
