APRIL 16, 2015 —The ABS Group of Companies, Inc. (ABS Group) reports that Todd Grove has been appointed as its new President and CEO. Mr. Grove most recently served as Senior Vice President and Chief Technology Officer for ABS Group's parent company, American Bureau of Shipping (ABS).
Mr. Grove has spent more than 30 years at ABS, in various senior technical and operational management roles across the world and holds a bachelor's degree in Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering from the University of Michigan, an MBA from the University of Houston and is a graduate of the Harvard Business School's Advanced Management Program.
ABS Group provides technical services to better enable companies to operate safely, reliably, efficiently and in compliance with applicable regulations and standards. Operating in over 30 countries, ABS Group offers services to the offshore and marine markets, the energy and power sectors, the chemical and pharmaceutical industries and to governments and governmental agencies globally.
