Great Lakes Dredge scoops up Matteson for $45 million
Great Lakes Dredge & Dock Corporation (NASDAQ:GLDD), the largest provider of dredging services in the U.S has acquired the assets of L.W. Matteson, Inc., a maintenance dredging, environmental dredging and levee construction
