New Suez Canal inaugurated in elaborate ceremony
AUGUST 6, 2015—In an elaborate ceremony featuring a naval flotilla and fighter jets, as well as a host of foreign dignitaries, Egyptian President Abdel Fattah Al-Sisi today inaugurated the New Suez Canal.
