Harvey Deep-Sea gets GoM gigs

SEPTEMBER 18, 2013 — DOF Subsea Group reports that it has recently been awarded multiple subsea projects for the chartered in vessel Harvey Deep-Sea in the Gulf of Mexico.

DOF Subsea signed a $100 million four year charter deal for the 310 ft multipurpose construction vessel vessel with New Orleans headquartered Harvey Gulf International Marine LLC when it was still under construction at Eastern Shipbuilding in Panama City, Florida.

The vessel successfully completed commissioning mid-September, and is currently mobilizing for the first subsea projects.

DOF Subsea says the awarded projects will secure utilization of the vessel for approximately 60 days between now and the end of November.
