Philly Shipyard transfers Prime Plate Facility operations to Avalotis
Philly Shipyard, Inc. (PSI) reports that it has reached a definitive agreement that will see it transfer operations of its Prime Plate Facilty to Avalotis Industrial Services (AIS), an affiliate of Avalotis
