U.K. barge operator fined for releasing dangerous gas
SEPTEMBER 25, 2014 — The U.K. Marine and Coastguard Agency reports that the operator of a Portsmouth-based barge has been made to pay almost £111,000 (about $182 million) in fines and costs.
