ABS to form software JV with Herbert Engineering Corporation
Classification society ABS and naval architectural firm Herbert Engineering Corp. (HEC) have agreed to form a joint venture company, Herbert-ABS Software Solutions, LLC (Herbert-ABS). Herbert-ABS will offer loading and salvage analysis
