West of England P&I strengthens its fixed premium team

The West of England P&I Club reports that Tom Davies has joined its fixed premium P&I underwriting team.
Davies joins the club from Lodestar where he serviced European, Middle East and South East Asian business.
To meet the needs of operators of smaller vessels, the West of England Club offers a tailor-made fixed premium liability insurance product offering P&I cover in accordance with club rules, coupled with full claims handling support.
Tom Bowsher, Group CEO, noted that: “Fixed premium P&I is an important part of our product mix but it requires selective underwriting in this challenging market sector. We’re delighted to welcome Tom to the Club to help us continue growing our Fixed portfolio.”
