Weeks Marine wins $26.25 million USACE contract

DECEMBER 12, 2012 — Weeks Marine Inc., Covington, La., has been awarded a $26,256,300 firm-fixed-price contract to provide for storm damage reduction services for North Carolina’s Carolina and Kure Beach. Work will be performed in Wilmington, N.C., with an estimated completion date of April 30, 2013. The bid was solicited through the Internet, with two bids received. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Wilmington, N.C., is the contracting activity (W912PM-13-C-0001).
