Maersk names Carolina Dybeck Happe CFO

JUNE 20, 2018 — Carolina Dybeck Happe is to assume responsibility as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of A.P. Møller – Mærsk A/S, effective no later than January 1, 2019. She comes from a position as CFO of Swedish headquarteredAssa Abloy, the world’s largest lock manufacturer.

As CFO of ASSA ABLOY, Carolina Dybeck Happe played a key role in the company’s development from a regional player to its current global leading position with annual sales of $8 billion and 47,000 employees.
