Dockwise takes stake in Fairstar to 80.4%

JULY 2, 2012 — Heavy lift shipping giant Dockwise today reports that, through its wholly-owned subsidiary Dockwise White Marlin B.V., it now controls 80.4 percent of the outstanding shares of Fairstar Heavy Transport N.V.). It says that over the weekend shares were bought from various shareholders including Indofin/Parkland.
