Canary Islands shipyard in deal with diving specialist

OCTOBER 5, 2014 — Canary Islands ship repair specialist Repnaval Shipyards. SA, part of the Zamakona Yards group, recently signed an exclusive agreement that will see Norwegian company Otech Marine Services provide service support divers for vessel dry dockings.

The agreement, which is renewable after two years, will provide specialist divers and advanced equipment from Otech, which has been providing its expertise in the oil rigs services market for over 20 years. With the implementation of this service, says Zamakona Yards, customers can be assured of being served by the best professionals and also get a full report of the operation and status of their vessels at the time of docking.
