Blank Rome lawyer relocates to firm’s Hong Kong office

Mr. Warde is an experienced maritime and corporate attorney who focuses his practise primarily on regulatory and transactional matters. His move to Hong Kong is an important component to the continued growth of Blank Rome’s presence in Asia.
During his career with Blank Rome, Mr. Warde has represented a broad range of clients, including shipowners, managers, flag states, banks, private equity firms and shipyards. Before joining Blank Rome, Mr. Warde served as in-house counsel to the Marshall Islands Ship and Corporate Registries, and also gained experience with the Office of the U.S. Trade Representative in Washington, D.C., the Crown Prosecution Service in London and a financial services company in Luxembourg. In addition to being a Registered Foreign Lawyer in Hong Kong, Mr. Warde is a qualified U.S. attorney and an English solicitor.
