Aegean emerges from Chapter 11 as Minerva Bunkering

Aegean Marine Petroleum Network Inc. has emerged from Chapter 11 bankruptcy as a fully-owned subsidiary of Mercuria Energy Group Limited and will now operate as Minerva Bunkering, a leading global physical supplier of marine fuels.
