Bay Engineering promotes two

Sturgeon Bay, WI, based naval architecture and marine engineering firm Bay Engineering, Inc. (BEI) reports that, as of December 15, 2018, Fred M. Koller, P.E., has been promoted to the position of President and Travis M. Martin, P.E., has been promoted to Vice President.

Joseph P. Fischer, who has owned and operated BEI since purchasing the company in 1996, remains active with the company as Chairman.
