OCTOBER 17, 2016 — Norway’s Havila Shipping ASA has agreed to sell the 73.4 m VS 470 MK-II design PSV Havila Princess to P/F Bakkafrost, Faroe Islands.
Havila Princess, delivered from Kleven Verft’s Ulsteinvik, shipyard in 2005, will leave the offshore service vessel market and will be operated within the aquafarming industry.
Havila didn’t release the selling price of the vessel, but says “the sale represents no loss and will have limited effect on the company result.”
