TransAtlantic buys SBS Marine from Kistefos
Sweden’s Rederi AB TransAtlantic is to acquires all shares in the British offshore shipping company SBS Marine (Holdings) Ltd. from Kistefos AS for a preliminary consideration of approximately SEK 340 million. SBS
