Shipbuilder named Secretary of Florida Department of Environmental Protection
Florida’s Governor-elect Rick Scott has named Herschel Vinyard to be Secretary of the State’s Department of Environmental Protection. Though Mr. Vinyard will be well-known to Marine Log readers — as a former
