Ensco orders harsh-environment jack-ups at Keppel FELS
Ensco plc (NYSE:ESV) reports that one of its subsidiaries has finalized a fixed-price shipyard construction contract with Keppel FELS Limited in Singapore for construction of two new ultra-premium harsh environment jack-up rigs.
