AUGUST 5, 2014 — Singapore headquartered Ezra Holdings Limited reports that its Subsea Services division, EMAS AMC, has been awarded several projects around the world worth close to US$110 million, including options.

The scope of work includes the transportation and installation of subsea structures in Africa, inspection, maintenance and repair work in the Gulf of Mexico, as well as support services for a deepwater project with an oil major in the Asia Pacific.

“I am very pleased and encouraged that EMAS AMC has continued its winning momentum globally,” said Mr Lionel Lee, Ezra’s Group CEO and Managing Director. “This comes on the back of successive operationally profitable quarters and as our extensive global client base is steadily endorsing our subsea capabilities, I am confident that EMAS AMC’s business will continue to grow in terms of contract value and project complexity in the coming years.”

The Group recently announced that its 9MFY14 revenue had crossed the US$1 billion mark due to EMAS AMC’s strong operational performance, which in turn had boosted its contribution to overall revenue with an additional US$200.6 million compared with the same period last year.
