Silver Ships wins $11 million Navy contract

Silver Ships, Inc., Theodore, Ala., has been awarded an $11,000,149 firm-fixed-price General Services Administration (GSA) delivery order for the construction and delivery of up to 160 high speed maneuvering surface targets, accessories, and deployment spare parts.
The contract includes options that, if exercised, would bring the cumulative value of this contract to $19,667,147. Work will be performed in Theodore and is expected to be completed by July 2020.
The contract was competitively procured as a competitive small business set-aside via the GSA eBuy website, with three offers received.
