Reintjes makes push to expand sales in Latin America

Marcelo Escondeur heads up Reintjes'new Latin American office in Paraguay

MARCH 13, 2017— Earlier this month, propulsion specialist Reintjes GmbH opened a new branch office in Paraguay as part of its effort to expand its presence in the Latin American vessel market.

Located in Ascunicion, Paraguay, the new office will service markets in Paraguay, Uruguay, Argentina, and southern Chile.

The new branch office will be headed up by Marcelo Escondeur, who has been a partner for Reintjes for many years as the general manager of distributor Hardo Consulting Cono Sur Srl. His 15 years’ experience in the industry includes propulsion expertise for push boats and fishing vessels.
