Poseidon Barge awarded $8.3 million USACE contract mod

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers has awarded Poseidon Barge Ltd., Berne, Ind., an $8,379,000 modification to contract W912BU-19-P-0051 for the purchase of and modification to the structure of pontoons.
Work will be performed in Berne, with an estimated completion date of May 26, 2022. Fiscal 2019 revolving funds in the amount of $8,379,000 were obligated at the time of the award.
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Philadelphia, Pa., is the contracting activity.
