The organizers of Sea Japan 2020 say that they have decided that it is not possible to hold the exhibition as scheduled on March 11-13, 2020.

This follows a request from the the maritime industry association that organizes the Japan Pavilion at the event to postpone Sea Japan 2020 due to concerns related to the new coronavirus infection.

The organizers say they are considering alternative options and will make a further announcement in due course.

“This year’s Sea Japan was set to be the largest ever in terms of the size of the exhibition and the number of exhibitors, and it is highly regrettable that it will not take place as planned,” the organizers say. “We would like to ask you for your ongoing understanding and support, and we will provide you with further information as soon as possible.”
