Donjon Marine wins $180M NAVSEA contract

Hillside,N.J.-based Donjon Marine Co. LLC, has been awarded a $180,000,000 cost-plus-award-fee and cost-plus-fixed-fee, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract for salvage-related towing, harbor clearance, ocean engineering projects, and point-to-point towing services.
Work will be performed in the North and South American east coast and is expected to be completed by June 2031.
Fiscal 2026 operations and maintenance (Navy) funds in the amount of $5,000 will be obligated at time of award, of which $5,000 will expire at the end of the current fiscal year.
The contract was competitively procured via the System for Award Management website, with five offers received.
Naval Sea Systems Command, Washington, D.C., is the contracting activity (N00024-26-D-4306).
With a fleet of more than 70 specialized vessels, Donjon is well-known for its expertise in dredging solutions, salvage operations and emergency response, heavy lift and towing capabilities, and environmental remediation.
