Work will be performed in Charleston and is expected to be completed by April 2021. Fiscal 2021 working capital contract funds (Navy) in the amount of $10,884,056 are obligated on this award and will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year.

The contract was competitively procured via the website, with two proposals received.
