Senior Vice President of Hornblower Group Cameron Clark will speak at the free virtual FERRIES conference, being held November 9-10 at 1 to 4 p.m. EST, on the topic of ticketing and using API-coherence to dynamically manage data.
In his presentation, Clark will focus on the ever-changing landscape of the passenger vessel industry and its reliance on technology, which COVID-19 is accelerating,
“Ferry operators need to understand current and future rider requirements including how riders will find, buy, and experience our transportation services,” says Clark. “Interoperability, contactless operations, APIs, and feeds, leading to coherence, will become even more critical components to supporting our riders from dock to dock and beyond.”
