SeaArk Marine, Inc., Monticello, Ark., reports that Engineering Department Manager Ronald "Ronnie" McGehee has succeeded VP of Engineering Casmer "Cas" Kirby who has retired after a career with the work and patrol vessel specialist that began in 1991. Mr. Kirby was promoted to VP Engineering in 2006 and was well known for incorporating extreme durability into every design detail. Mr. Kirby brought a wealth of oil field crew boat type construction techniques with him when he joined the company from South Louisiana over 20 years ago.
"Cas' expertise will be missed" commented SeaArk Marine, Inc. company President and CEO, John McClendon, "but he leaves behind an extremely experienced, talented and dedicated team that will carry on the tradition of quality design that is second to none."
Mr. McGehee is himself a 20 year plus veteran of the organization and has managed the Engineering Department as well as complex projects under Kirby's guidance.
