INTTRA names Inna Kuznetsova President and COO

FEBRUARY 18, 2016 – Ocean shipping electronic marketplace INTTRA has promoted Inna Kuznetsova to President and Chief Operating Officer.

Since joining INTTRA in 2015, Ms. Kuznetsova has served as President of the company's core business,INTTRA Marketplace, which currently handles approximately one in every four ocean container shipping transactions and generated a 12% increase in container orders in 2015, volume growth that exceeded that of the overall market.

Ms. Kuznetsova has also led an INTTRA initiative to comply with the SOLAS mandated container weighing regulation that comes into effect July 1, 2016. It will require shippers to provide carriers with a verified gross mass (VGM) for each container before the stowage plan is submitted.

INTTRA's eVGM Initiative aims to develop an electronic VGM compliance software solution for carriers and shippers. The non-commercial group consisting of more than a dozen leading carriers, freight forwarders and ports working to develop technology and business process standards to foster industry-wide compliance with the VGM requirements - and expressing a common preference for a digital approach to VGM compliance.

Before joining INTTRA, Ms. Kusnetzova served as the Chief Commercial Officer and executive board member of CEVA Logistics, heading the global sales, marketing and solution design organizations. Prior to that, she spent 19 years at IBM, where she held a number of executive positions in sales, business development and marketing, focused on growth areas of the business. In her last role she was the Vice-President, Marketing & Sales Enablement, IBM Systems Software and prior to that was head of the IBM Linux business.She holds a Ph.D. in Mathematics from Moscow State University, Russia, and an MBA from Columbia Business School.
