OCTOBER 16, 2012 — Fort Lauderdale, Fla., based SEACOR Holdings subsidiary Seabulk Tankers, Inc. is appointing Robert (Bud) Hall as Vice President of Fleet Management, effective November 1, 2012, on the retirement of Harvey J. Mott from the position.

Mr. Hall joins Seabulk Tankers with more than 35 years of experience in the maritime industry, most recently as Head of Global Conventional Fleet for Teekay Shipping (USA) Inc.

Mr. Mott joined Seabulk Tankers, Inc. in 2002 after a 30-year career with Mobil Oil Corporation.

Seabulk Tankers President, Dan Thorogood, commented, "We are very pleased to add Bud's deep expertise and proven record of safe, customer focused operations to the Seabulk team, and we all wish Harvey well in his retirement."
