Publication of Bourbon Dolphin report delayed
Paris-headquartered Bourbon says that publication of the report of the investigation into the loss of the Bourbon Dolphin has been postponed until April 1st, 2008
Following the capsizing of the AHTS Bourbon Dolphin on April 12th 2007, off the Shetland Islands, a Special Inquiry Commission was appointed on May 4, 2007 by Norway's Minister of Justice and Police to guarantee rigor and independence in the analysis of this accident. Its findings were originally set to be released on February 1t, 2008.
Now, says Bourbon, at the request of the judge in charge of the commission, the date for submission of the investigation report was postponed to April 1st, 2008.
Bourbon says it will release any new information as soon as it is available.
