MAN Diesel opens Los Angeles service center
MAN Diesel has opened its latest service center. Located in Carson, Los Angeles County, MAN Diesel PrimeServ LA represents MAN Diesel's continued commitment to providing a timely and professional aftersales service to its customers.
The opening ceremonies for the facility were recently attended by over 100 customers and business partners who were guided around the 11,500 sq. feet devoted to offices and storage space.
There is also an integral machinery park, designed to accommodate engine and component refurbishment. Consequently, the Los Angeles facility is well-equipped to support the needs of the world's largest fleet of engines.
MAN Diesel PrimeServ LA joins MAN Diesel's existing facilities in New York, Fort Lauderdale, Houston and Ontario to expand the network supporting its engine fleet in North America.
Under the leadership of Frank Hansen, Director of Technical Services, the Los Angeles team will supply the region with a full range of spare parts and services that covers the maintenance of: two- stroke and four-stroke engines, marine gensets, stationary power plants, propulsion systems, control systems and turbochargers.
