May 10, 2006 Vinashin in $1 billion car carrier deal
State-owned Vietnamese shipbuilder has reportedly won a $1 billion contract for eight car carriers . The 4,500 car capacity car carriers will be built for Israeli investor Rami Ungar's Ray Car Carriers, with the first being delivered in September 2008.
