August 5, 2006 Big problems with TWIC The Department of Homeland Security has issued a "redacted" (censored) version of a report by its Inspector General into the implementation of the TWIC (Transportation Worker Identification Credential) program. The title of the reports says it all: "DHS Must Address Significant Security Vulnerabilities Prior to TWIC Implementation."
