September 8, 2006 OMSA finds temporary home OMSA--the Offshore Marine Services Association--reports that all its staff are safe. Though the OMSA offices in Harahan, La, fared well, says OMSA VP Ken Parris, "Jefferson Parish will be shut down for the next few weeks."
