O'Neil to join TEN board
Tsakos Energy Navigation Limited (TEN) (NYSE: TNP) has invited former IMO Secretary General William A. O'Neil to join its board.

John Stavropoulos, Chairman of the Board of TEN. "A global organization with the international reach that TEN possesses would benefit greatly from the experience in shipping legislation, maritime security, and environmental standards that someone of Mr. O'Neil's caliber can provide."
Also invited to join the TEN board is Francis T.Nusspickel. He is a retired partner of Arthur Andersen LLP with 35 years of public accounting experience. He served as a member of Arthur Andersen's Transportation Industry Group and worldwide Industry Head for the Ocean Shipping segment. His responsibilities included projects for mergers and acquisitions, fraud investigations, arbitrations and debt and equity offerings. He was President of the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants from 1996 to 1997, a member of the AICPA Council from 1992 to 1998, and is presently Chairman of the Professional Ethics Committee of the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants.
