Yemen to get Coast Guard?
The Yemen Government's Saba news agency reports that Prime Minister Abdul-Qader Ba-Jammal is in France for talks with officials that will include "the bombing of the French oil tanker, Limburg, and the latest results of the underway investigations into the attack."

Meantime, the President of Yemen, Ali Abdullah Saleh and Vice President Abdu Rabu Mansour Hadi met with the Chief of the U.S. Central Command, General Tommy Franks and discussed a proposal by President Saleh to set up a Yemeni Coast Guard.

According to the Saba report, at a press conference on his arrival in Yemen, General Franks confirmed U.S. willingness to assist Yemen in setting up such a force.
