Rebecca Dye nominated to FMC
President Bush has nominated Rebecca Dye to be a Federal Maritime
Commissioner. Ms. Dye, who has spoken at a number of Marine Log conferences, is currently Majority Counsel to the Coast Guard and Maritime Transportation Subcommittee of the House Committee on Transportation and Infrastructure.
