The Petrobras project is on schedule and work is expected to wind down towards year's end. It has, apparently, given Cianbro a taste for maritime projects. The Portland Press Herald reports that Cianbro is hoping to land the contracts for NCL's planned refurbishment of the S.S. United States and S.S. Independence.
"The S.S United States and the Independence are projects that they want to accomplish and we hope to be considered," the newspaper quotes Cianbro president Peter Vigue as saying. "We are in hot pursuit." |
