TUGS & BARGES will be in session on Tuesday, May 12 from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM and on May 13, from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM at the Stamford Marriott Hotel,2 Stamford Forum, Stamford, Connecticut 06901
CONFERENCE FEE: The conference registration fee is $795 per participant, payable in advance for all registrants. The fee covers participation in all conference sessions, the luncheon on both days, the cocktail reception on May 12 as well access to all available conference proceedings.

PROCEEDINGS: All paid attendees at TUGS & BARGES will receive online access to all available conference presentations. Access information for the proceedings site will be e-mailed to participants approximately three weeks after the event.
HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS: The Stamford Marriott Hotel has set aside a block of rooms at $170 per night single/double for attendees of TUGS & BARGES. These will be held until 30 days prior to the conference; those reserving after that date will depend upon room availability. Contact the hotel directly at (203) 357-9555 for room reservations. Group code: "Marine Log." You will receive room confirmation directly from the hotel.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Confirmed registrants who cancel after April 30, 2009 are subject to a $195 service charge. Registrants who fail to attend are liable for the entire fee unless they notify Marine Log in writing prior to the conference. Cancellation notices can be sent to conferences@sbpub.com.
