Conference schedule

GLOBAL GREENSHIP 2010 will be in session on Thursday, September 23 from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM and on Friday, September 24 from 9:00 AM to 3:30 PM at the Washington Marriott Hotel, located at 1221 22nd Street, NW in Washington, D.C. Registration for the conference will take place in the Grand Ballroom Foyer from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM on Wednesday, September 22 and again at 8:00 AM on Thursday, September 23.

Proceedings

All paid attendees at GLOBAL GREENSHIP 2010 will receive online access to all available conference presentations (Access information will be e-mailed to attendees post-conference).

Registration

The conference registration fee is $850 per participant, payable in advance for all registrants. This fee covers participation in all conference sessions, the conference proceedings, the luncheon on both days and the cocktail reception on September 23. Hotel accommodations

The Washington Marriott Hotel has set aside a block of rooms at $274 single/double for conference attendees. These rooms will be held until 30 days prior to the conference; those reserving after that date will rely upon room availability. We suggest that you contact the hotel directly at (202) 872-1500 for room reservations. In order to receive the group rate, please mention group code Marine Log when arranging your accommodations. You will receive room confirmation directly from the Washington Marriott.

Cancellation policy

Confirmed registrants who cancel less than one week prior to the conference are subject to a $250 service charge. Registrants who fail to attend are liable for the entire fee unless they notify Marine Log in writing prior to the conference.
