The Global Greenship Conference & Expo will be in session on Thursday, Sept. 17 from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM and on Friday, Sept. 18, from 9:00 AM to 3:30 PM at the Washington Marriott Hotel. The Washington Marriott is located at 1221 22nd Street, NW in Washington, D.C.

CONFERENCE REGISTRATION: The conference registration fee is $825 per participant, payable in advance for all registrants. The fee covers participation in all conference sessions, the luncheon on both days, the cocktail reception on Thursday, September 17, as well as access to all available conference proceedings.

Acceptable methods of payment include check, credit card, and wire transfer. Your registration will be acknowledged via email--your invoice will be attached. Questions about registration can be directed to Michelle M. Zolkos, Conference Coordinator, at (212) 620-7208, mzolkos@sbpub.com.

PROCEEDINGS: All paid attendees will receive online access to all available conference presentations. Access information for the proceedings site will be e-mailed to participants approximately three weeks after the event.

HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS: The Washington Marriott Hotel has allocated a room block for participants at the group rate of $269 per night (single/double). To take advantage of the rate, please call the hotel directly at (202) 872-1500 and mention group code "Marine Log." These will be held until 30 days prior to the conference; those reserving after that date will depend upon room availability. You will receive room confirmation directly from the hotel.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations made within one week prior to the event are subject to a fee of $250. Registrants who fail to attend are liable for the entire fee unless they notify Marine Log in writing prior to the conference. Cancellation notices can be sent to conferences@sbpub.com.
