FERRIES 2009 will be in session on Tuesday, Nov. 3 from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM and on Wednesday, Nov. 4, from 9:00 AM to 3:30 PM at the Renaissance Seattle Hotel, 515 Madison Street, Seattle, WA 98104.
CONFERENCE REGISTRATION: The conference registration fee is $750 per participant, payable in advance for all registrants. The fee covers participation in all conference sessions, the luncheon on both days, the cocktail reception on Tuesday, Nov. 3, as well as access to all available conference proceedings.
Acceptable methods of payment include check, credit card, and wire transfer. Your registration will be acknowledged via email--your invoice will be attached. Questions about registration can be directed to Michelle M. Zolkos, Conference Coordinator, at (212) 620-7208, mzolkos@sbpub.com.
PROCEEDINGS: All paid attendees will receive online access to all available conference presentations. Access information for the proceedings site will be e-mailed to participants approximately three weeks after the event.
HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS: The Renaissance Seattle Hotel has allocated a room block for participants at the group rate of $189 per night (single/double). To take advantage of the rate, please call the hotel directly at 1-800-546-9184 or 206-583-0300 and mention group code "Marine Log." These will be held until 30 days prior to the conference; those reserving after that date will depend upon room availability. You will receive room confirmation directly from the hotel.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations made after Oct. 20, 2009 are subject to a fee of $225. Registrants who fail to attend are liable for the entire fee unless they notify Marine Log in writing prior to the conference. Cancellation notices can be sent to conferences@sbpub.com.
