NATIONAL MARITIME SALVAGE CONFERENCE & EXPO 2009

THE NATIONAL MARITIME SALVAGE CONFERENCE & EXPO will be in session on Tuesday, Oct. 6 from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM and on Wednesday, Oct. 7, from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM at the Key Bridge Marriott Hotel, located at 1401 Lee Highway in Arlington, Virginia 22209. It will be followed by a ONE-DAY TRAINING SEMINAR on Thursday, Oct. 8.

CONFERENCE FEE: The conference registration fee is $775 per participant, payable in advance for all registrants. The fee covers participation in all conference sessions on Oct. 6 & 7, the luncheon on both days, the cocktail reception on Tuesday, Oct. 6, as well as access to all available conference proceedings. The fee for the conference plus the ONE-DAY TRAINING SEMINAR on Thursday, Oct. 8, is $1,125

PROCEEDINGS: All paid attendees will receive online access to all available conference presentations. Access information for the proceedings site will be e-mailed to participants approximately three weeks after the event.

HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS: The Key Bridge Marriott Hotel has allocated a room block for participants at the group rate of $249 per night (single/double). To take advantage of the rate, please call the hotel directly at (703) 524-6400 and mention group code "Marine Log." These will be held until 30 days prior to the conference; those reserving after that date will depend upon room availability. You will receive room confirmation directly from the hotel.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations made within two weeks prior to the event are subject to a fee of $200. Registrants who fail to attend are liable for the entire fee unless they notify Marine Log in writing prior to the conference. Cancellation notices can be sent to conferences@sbpub.com.
